Welcome! I am so pleased that you made the decision to begin the process of investing in your mental health! My name is Jamye Manigault and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the sunny state of Florida. I graduated from Barry University with my Masters in Mental health Counseling and Couples, Marriage and Family Therapy. I have 10 years of experience in areas such as: gender identity, struggles with spirituality, individual, family, marriage and couples counseling, trauma/ abuse, and mood disorders. I have worked with all ages and genders. I am a spiritual person who believes everyone should feel safe, loved and secure within their own self. I am here to assist you in reaching the self-actualization you may have come to realize you don’t have. I am trained in Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), but my therapeutic style is more solution focused. I understand in this busy and uncertain world, time is of the essence! Other therapeutic approaches may be used depending on your individualized needs. I am here to empower you and help motivate you to reach whatever goals you have set for yourself.
