I support individuals and couples to navigate through stressors and life transitions. I help couples enhance communication skills to foster empowerment while strengthening confidence in their ability to create positive change. I bring empathy supporting individuals as they face life challenges, collaborating with them to explore and create positive solutions. I aim to help clients consistently overcome systemic challenges; utilizing a Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused and Strengths Based approaches to remain action oriented and collaboratively work towards goals. I support clients with developing awareness and viewing the big picture. I feel passionate about supporting individuals & couples to re-define their boundaries and take ownership of their identity. I utilize a culturally informed approach to help support individuals with strengthening their self esteem and establishing their autonomy.
