My ultimate goal is to assist my clients with healthy tools to overcome anything that acts as an obstacle or barrier in their lives. I partner with my clients directly and utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches that include person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, existential, and solution-focused therapies to best fit their needs.
