I work with professionals that want to remove mental and emotional blocks stemming from past trauma, unprocessed emotions, negative self-talk, fear, and doubt. Together we'll work to identify whats keeping you stuck. You'll adopt healthier thinking patterns and learn new tools to replace unhealthy coping skills.
Healing occurs when people feel safe, supported and heard, and are able to speak freely without fear of judgement or criticism. I am passionate about providing a non-judgmental, confidential, and safe space for you to be your authentic self. When requested, my sessions can include mindfulness, guided meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga.
