I once read that, “Strength does not come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming things that you thought you couldn’t.” No one should have to go through life’s obstacles alone. I provide individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy; however, adjustments and approaches are made to tailor to the needs of each client.
