JaiDei - I love to work with people who are struggling in relationships with their partners, work, family, or other life relationships. I take a positive approach in looking at the events that cause your relationships to not work. I assist people in developing or expanding their relationship tool belt which helps them deal with the issues that arise when their relationships are unsuccessful. My role is to support you to move beyond the pain, hurt, disappointment to Forgiveness, Healing, Devotion, Love, Trust and Respect.
Breanna - As a master level clinician, I see my goal as therapist is to develop a collaborative relationship with you and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you develop the tools you need to cope with the challenges of life. I truly believe that we all can narrate the life we want, and it all starts with our thoughts. As a Clinician, I aim to provide an open, warm and goal-directed environment to help you achieve goals you set forth in therapy. I understand that no two individuals are the same and tailor my approach to help you identify and meet your needs. I’m committed to working with you to identify and amplify your strengths, to help you achieve emotional wellness.
