I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 6 years of working as a psychotherapist in California. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting and autism. I have also counseled people who were victims of crimes, domestic violence and childhood trauma. My counseling approach is centered around the client. I do not give advice but assist clients on their journey of self-discovery and healing. I work with clients on effective coping skills and stress the importance of self-care. My counseling style combines cognitive-behavioral and humanistic counseling. I tailor my time with clients to implement unique treatment plans designed specifically to the client's needs.
Life is a journey. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier. Seeking therapy is the first step to self discovery. As a therapist, I am here to encourage and support my client on their journey.
