Born and raised in England, Jacqueline (Jackie) Porter-Stewart, is a Black Clinician who is passionate about providing the best care for her clients. She is a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker and substance abuse counselor with extensive clinical experience in mental health and substance use treatment in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her experience includes treating addiction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, anger management and grief.
Prior to obtaining her Masters of Social Work degree from New York University, Jacqueline began her career at the Vera institute as Project Director & Bail Bondsman for Pretrial supervision program. She later worked for the Legal Aid Society as as forensic social worker.
An aspiring author, Jacqueline is working on her book plans to pursue a law degree.
