Description
Dr. Williams graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology PreMed with a BioChemistry Minor from Spelman College in 2001. She then went on to earn her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2006, after which she performed her residency in psychiatry at the Medical College of Georgia in 2010. She was honored to serve as a Chief Resident from 2009-2010.
Dr. Williams treats conditions like depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other mental illnesses. Dr. Williams is a fellow of both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Her patients will leave sessions feeling hopeful. They will understand the treatment plan and know with a combined effort, their highest level of functioning will be achieved.
