Couples often struggle with trauma and drama in their relationships. Our experiences growing up and other life experiences at times can affect our adult relationships. We are relational beings. As such, interventions can be necessary to increase understanding of ourselves and others; to effectively communicate; and to thrive independently as well as cohesively with others.
I am passionate about fostering growth in couples. As your therapist, I will engage you to discover and develop skills required for long-term and healthy relationship success. I offer techniques to develop the muscle memory necessary to: manage negative thoughts and feelings; create positive solutions; and to build cohesive and secure relationships.
My areas of expertise include working with couples and individuals, to overcome and manage trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression.
