What wounds are you carrying, and where do these live in your mind and body? Do you know how to listen to and soothe your nervous system? Do you want to rewrite your story?
In Mending Together, I will lead a group of women on a journey to address these questions and more, in an environment designed for BIPOC women. We will meet over 8 sessions, starting on January 4. The group will have a maximum of 10 women. I believe deeply in the transformative impact of witnessing, sharing, and healing in community.
