Description
Simply put, an ideal client is the one who just shows up. Whether or not you have been gently encouraged to seek therapy or you have made the decision on your own, it takes courage and intention to move forward on your journey towards growth, self-awareness, and healing. I tend to work well with adolescent clients who appreciate a transparent approach to obtaining their goals and mending familial and relational stress. Ideal clients prefer and are open to delving deeper beneath the surface while at the same time understanding and appreciating the importance of behavioral-based tools, play therapy techniques, and interventions.
Each client has a unique set of needs. Through the therapeutic process, we will work with a theoretical orientation that best suits your needs. I believe clients have the autonomy and voice to how to yield results in treatment.
Let's determine your why so we can take the steps to get one step closer to your desired purpose.
