Hi, I'm Jaclyn!! Are you feeling lost, confused, struggling to adjust to life’s changes? Oftentimes, we are faced with struggles from relationship issues, familial conflict, termination of employment that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, helpless, and burned out.
I specialize in helping adults who are struggling with Anxiety, Mood Disorders, life transitions, and interpersonal issues uncover the root of their challenges so they can become the best version of themselves. I help clients gain new insights into themselves and support them as they transform through the therapy process and reach the goals they set in the beginning of of us working together.
Taking the first step to finding a therapist can be scary and hard but you did it! Connecting to a therapist that you identify with and can hold a safe space for you to process your feelings and discuss struggles you’re having will help you on your journey of personal growth. I offer both in person and virtual sessions to Georgia residents and virtual session to Florida Residents.
