Hi, I am Iris,

I know that engaging in therapy could be scary and sometimes overwhelming. In fact, most likely, at first you may get upset with me as your therapist. But aren't you tired of suffering, living life at the edge of not knowing how to deal with the stressors of difficult relationships, lack of trust in yourself and others, and the trauma life causes you? Therapy is designed to help you heal, to help you learn the tools to gain control of your emotions, thoughts, and most of all, your life; to feel whole within your own skin. To like yourself for who and what you are and not by the demands of the world we live in, as well as the conditioning that dictates how you should feel or act.

I do this job because I sincerely believe that through therapy, I, as well as my colleagues can help your overcome suffering, trauma, life’s challenges. Most of all, I believe that you have the inner power to see that you are worthy of having and creating the life that you want, the relationships that you want, and the jobs that you want. I am not saying that it is easy, I am saying that it is possible and that you can do it just by trusting in yourself and in the ability to make things happen for you.
