My goal is to support you in addressing and overcoming stressors in an effort to assist you in achieving your full potential. I use strength-based, solution focused, and person-centered therapy in my approach to aid individuals in identifying and working towards therapy goals.
Employing the role of advocate, collaborator, and guide, I seek to support my clients in overcoming their fears and anxieties and champion their efforts to effect positive changes and stability in their lives.
