Description
Do you feel like things only work if you’re the one holding everything together?
Have you learned to give, accommodate, and anticipate others’ needs because asking for help has felt too risky?
We provide therapy women, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, perfectionism, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of our clients believe that if they don’t do it themselves, it won’t get done, yet they’re running on empty. After being let down in the past, asking for help can feel unsafe, so they continue to give, accommodate, and people-please in hopes of preserving connection and not being alone. Over time, this pattern becomes draining, leaving little space for their own needs, desires, or rest.
Our therapists offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive care using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic work, and relational therapy. Therapy here is collaborative and intentional, creating space to explore trust, boundaries, identity, and patterns of hyper-independence that once protected you but may no longer serve you.
If you’ve ever wondered why you should feel your feelings when it seems like nothing will change, you’re not alone. We believe meaningful change doesn’t come from forcing vulnerability, but from building enough safety to try something different. Our role is to support you as you develop clarity, choice, and a relationship with yourself that doesn’t require exhaustion to feel worthy.
In-person and virtual sessions are available. We accept Medicaid (Blue Cross Complete and McLaren Medicaid).
