Hi, I'm Wumi Williams. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), the founder and owner of Inside Out Therapeutic Connections, LLC. Inside Out Therapeutic Connections, LLC was formed with a diverse population and community in mind. We strive to bring the best quality of counseling services to you and/or your family. Inside Out Therapeutic Connections, LLC is a practice that provides services to Women, and children (ages 12-17). We are a counseling practice that demonstrates a high level of professionalism, honoring diversity and embracing a multicultural approach in support of the worth, dignity, potential, and uniqueness of individuals within their social and cultural contexts. Inside Out Therapeutic Connections, LLC counseling modalities include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy. Each therapeutic modality is unique in its own way and offers a range of interventions to better fit the needs of each individual.
In addition to counseling services, I provide clinical supervision services to Virginia pre-licensed (LPC or LMFT) residents working towards their hours towards licensure.
