This is why finding the best therapist to walk with you as you morph into the person you are meant to be is important. I feel that I can help those who may struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, postpartum depression, complicated grief and bipolar diagnosis. My approach is a holistic one. If comfortable, I always like to incorporate, meditation, journaling or a creative aspect to help create mind-body awareness-if that's not your thing, no worries, my couch and ears are open just the same.
