Greetings, I truly believe everyone should have access to counseling no matter where you are. However, coming from a rural town in Alabama with limited resources, I have realized that many people suffer in silence due to fear of the stigma associated with traditional counseling or simply because there are not any counselors available within driving distance. For these reasons I am very passionate about being apart of the growing demand for virtual counseling services. I counsel from an Eclectic Approach by using a collection of techniques from different counseling models. I have treated individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Anger Management, Low Self-Esteem, Trauma, Grief, and Adolescent behavioral issues. I would love to walk alongside you as we work through these issues together. My professional training includes state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Alabama, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, and a Licensed Tele-health provider in the state of Florida . I offer individual counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, group counseling and virtual counseling.
