Description
From my personal experiences, I’ve come to realize that when life gets overwhelming, we all need someone we can confide in—not just anyone, but a professional who can help guide us through difficult seasons. I truly believe everyone deserves access to quality counseling, no matter where they are.
Growing up in a rural Alabama town with limited mental health resources, I saw firsthand how many people suffer in silence—whether due to stigma, fear, or the lack of available providers nearby. These realities have shaped my deep passion for offering virtual counseling services to individuals and families who might not have immediate access to care. In addition to virtual therapy, I also offer traditional in-person sessions, with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of busy lives.
As a mother of three, I understand how easy it is to become consumed by responsibilities and unintentionally neglect your own emotional well-being. That’s why I tailor my services to align with your schedule and lifestyle, making therapy a supportive, manageable part of your routine—not another stressor.
My clinical approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques and models to meet your unique needs. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a core foundation of my work, I integrate strategies from multiple modalities to support your healing journey holistically and flexibly.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Grief and loss
• Low self-esteem or self-worth
• Adjustment to major life changes or transitions
My goal is to help you develop healthy coping strategies, rediscover your strengths, and improve your overall mental and emotional well-being. I look forward to hearing your story and exploring how I can support you in this next step.
