Our licensed therapists offer in person and virtual sessions to teens and adults. We support our clients through empowerment, relief from mental suffering, and regain an optimal quality of life. These challenges may be anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, women’s issues, life transitions, disease management, LGBTQ+ concerns, and self-esteem issues.
