My approach is catered for each individual or athlete specifically and I take into consideration all the needs each client needs to address. I take pride in offering holistic methods to aid improving life and/or sports performance, which can include visualization, meditation, counseling, and yoga. These methods can help with anxiety, depression or simply to gain focus in any area of life you might need to improve.
I offer a neutral perspective to any issue(s) you would like to address to improve your life or ease life's challenges. I first hand know how difficult life transitions can be, be that sports or everyday life. Change is hard, and moving to a new city/state or changing jobs/sports can take a toll on our mentals. I am here to support you in any challenge.
Sometimes it becomes difficult to see things when we are so engrossed in them, I look to provide you with a second or third neutral perspective. You will always feel seen and heard in our sessions. You can anticipate being able to express yourself fully while still being held accountable to your self.
