I am a therapist who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience with a variety issues which includes trauma, substance abuse, stress, women’s/men’s issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I also have worked with a variety of populations like active duty /retired veterans and their dependents, college students, and older adults. I use a variety of modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Multicultural Perspective and Strength Based Therapy.
