As a counselor, I am here to go through the journey of life with you and help you to tackle the emotional and mental challenges life presents. I am committed to providing you quality therapy by working collaboratively with my clients in individual therapy. My approach as a therapist is direct, intuitive, and compassionate. I work from the Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) modalities.
