Thank you for visiting my site. I know your recovery is essential. As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. While we can not change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to understand and resolve challenges in your life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Counselor. I hold two Master's Degrees—Forensic Psychology from Argosy University and a Master's of Arts in Community Counseling and Development from George Mason University. I am a certified Myers-Briggs clinician (MBTI), and I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, working with a diverse clientele. I use a person-centered, strength-based, compassionate, trauma-informed, and multicultural approach to the therapeutic process. I offer support, encourage hope, increase self-esteem, and help clients acquire new skills to achieve their goals. In therapy, I draw from different therapeutic modalities: cognitive behavior therapy, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focus therapy. I hope to see you in my next session.
