Description
Hello, I'm Crystal Robinson, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field. While my experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, my current clinical focus is supporting young adults and adults (18+), particularly BIPOC women.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, life transitions, self-esteem and confidence, boundaries, relationship concerns, and college or graduate-school challenges. Many of the women I work with are accustomed to showing up for everyone else while struggling to make space for themselves. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what you're feeling, reconnect with yourself, and develop healthier ways of navigating life's demands.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping and communication skills, strengthen boundaries, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel heard and supported while also being challenged to grow.
In addition to providing therapy, I am a clinical supervisor and enjoy supporting the development of emerging mental health professionals. I also remain committed to mental health awareness and community initiatives that support underserved and historically marginalized communities.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my son, family, and friends, traveling, writing, staying active, and exploring new experiences.
You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. If you're ready to better understand yourself, prioritize your well-being, and create meaningful change, I welcome the opportunity to support you along the way.
