Hi there!! My name is Crystal Robinson, LCMHCS. Have you ever felt as if things or situations in your world are too much to handle? Just like physical exams, therapy is a preventative measure used to provide you with strategies and tools to prevent, manage, or cope during moments of chaos, uncertainty and day to day functioning.
First, I would like to say that I commend you for having the courage to take the first step in seeking therapy. The first step is often the hardest however necessary. Seeking therapy does not mean that you're weak, it means that you were strong and brave enough to say "I need help and I can't do it alone."
My goal is to ensure that I create a nonjudgmental, safe and welcoming space for you to share freely. I utilize an eclectic approach, meaning therapy will include a variety of methods that will address your unique needs. We will work together to identify and change your emotions, behavior and thought patterns that are no longer providing your desired results.
