I help women, college students, and teens who may be experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, and many other emotional disruptions. I use a strengths based cognitive behavioral therapy approach to aid individuals in healing. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can safely work through trauma, shame, emotional barriers, and build upon their natural strengths.
It is my honor to dive into the hard and messy aspects of life with someone. I know from personal experience that hope and healing is on the other side of the mess if we walk through it.
