My goal as a clinician is to make therapy more approachable and palatable, regardless of your background. I believe that therapy is not just for those with diagnosable disorders. You could be well suited for therapy if you are having difficulty managing experiences, and emotions, on a day to day basis. We all have strengths and challenges that make us uniquely us. I will work collaboratively with you to build resiliency and a stronger sense of self. We can normalize the human experience, letting go of any shame or fear that may have stagnated progress. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other holistic based skills to help you overcome trauma and transitions that may have blocked self-discovery. We can work together towards a life balance, through witnessing of your life unfold in a meaningful and more purposeful way.

I have completed trauma informed yoga therapy trainings for adults and children. In addition to my clinical experience, I teach yoga and meditation to at-risk youth and low income communities.
