Left unchecked, those stressors can show up as anxiety, depression, and self-doubt which can negatively impact your interpersonal relationships and health.

I help people manage and process the effect of those stressors.

Together we can, identify some positive coping mechanisms to improve your quality of life.

We will use an all-encompassing approach that focuses on the health of the body and mind.

I promote integrating healthy life habits that include; positive affirmations, mindfulness, and art to increase self-awareness and self-love as I’m a big proponent of self-acceptance!

Though therapy can be scary, think of it as the first step! After all you deserve some peace.

In sessions together, I will meet you where you are at and we will go from there.
