As a licensed counselor in Alabama, Georgia, and Indiana I specialize in anxiety, depression, and navigating difficult life transitions. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or want to improve your relationships, we can work together to help you get where you want to go and create relationships that help you be your best.
