I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that is passionate about walking alongside people on their path to healing because no one should face challenges alone. I recognize that we are in an era where feelings of overwhelm, chronic stress, and burnout are the norm. Many of us have lost touch with what it means to live into our God-given gifts and purpose and the freedom that comes from that. Instead, we are consumed by unrealistic expectations of others and ourselves. I want to help release you from these burdens and past hurts that you carry.
My approach involves building insight into how our family of origin and cultural contexts have shaped the current stories we tell ourselves and utilizing solution-focused strategies to break out of the cycles that entrap you. You can expect a safe environment where you can show up as your authentic self and find freedom.
