Mental illness or life stressors can distract us from living healthy and productive lives. It can also negatively impact relationships that are important to us. Our past negative experiences can often dictate our future if not addressed. Often times, therapy helps improve our relationships with those people with care and love. It helps to have a safe place to process your feelings, work on relationships, and better understand patterns of behavior when feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
