Phedra Smith is the owner and a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Along with treating clients, Phedra also is passionate about mentoring and coaching new therapists who want to start their own practice. As a therapist she thrives in her calling and love as a therapist in her Pensacola community. Phedra's trainings allows her to utilize techniques such as EMDR and Sandtray that equip her to go beyond the bounds of traditional talk therapy. Phedra thrives in working with women with trauma and PTSD related symptoms and disorders. The EMDR and Sandtray interventions assist her in helping individuals to not just decrease symptoms from trauma and abuse but it helps them get to the root/core of issues for a more perminant healing. Her experiences include but are not limited to treating women with a history of sexual trauma, domestic violence, spiritual issues related to the Christian faith, and PTSD related symptoms.
Erica Mack is a Licensed Registered Social Work Intern. As a Masters Level Social Work Clinician, Erica has a unique perspective of therapy as it also relates to community. Her holistic approach to therapy fuels and propels her love and desire to treat and see children, parents and families thrive and live whole and healthy lives. The special place in her heart for the children and families in our local Pensacola community only assists her in going the extra mile for her clients.
