At GrandMa's Porch, our purpose is to provide a comforting space to focus on yourself, bring balance to your life and learn to love yourself so that you can have emotional wealth living in your purpose. With over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), we believe that you are the expert on your life experiences and we are the facilitator to help you find the answers and remove the barriers from reaching your goals. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy which are client centered and focuses on developing your strengths while acknowledging and addressing past and recent challenges and traumas. Behavioral health challenges we specialize in serving include PTSD, anger management, stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and substance use.
