Hello! My name is Grace Annan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My practice is particularly focused on helping mothers with newborns and small children, because I know, from experience, the unique struggles that come during the early years. I can’t make your tiny human sleep through the night or help you, finally, pee without an audience. But I can give you the tools to be happy, healthy, and present for your children.
I offer individual therapy and group therapy sessions to help women who are struggling with the demands of motherhood. My goal is to support you in overcoming whatever challenges you’re facing. I will work with you to create a custom plan that fits your needs and helps you achieve your goals. You don’t have to go through this alone.
