I describe therapy as a window of opportunity for those who are seeking to what is meaningful and important for your healing and personal fulfillment. Therapy can be spent individually, as a family or a couple. I know that everyone has their own story and that every story deserves to be listened to with care.
I honor each strengths and diffculties as we will create together a safe space to establish rapport and validation to increase confidence to better handle difficult life battles.
