Chances are if you’re reading this, you are either at a place where you want to get back to a place of peace and healing or you are trying to maintain life peace and healing. Either way, I’m here to help you get your mind right! If you are trying to get back to a place of peace and healing.

Congratulations on taking the first step! Now the next few steps, may not be the easiest! However, I’m here to guide you and go with you! Getting to a peaceful place you may have to face some unpretty or hurtful things. But I can tell you it will be worth it!

Now if you are basking in the peace and healing! Shout out to you!! But don’t stop there, therapy can help you maintain it! There will be a time when you are triggered, or your peace is challenged. Therapy tune-ups for your heart and mind are still necessary!

The goal is to help patients to identify their underlying beliefs, explore how they are affecting different areas, and ultimately change their beliefs and behaviors. Gettin’ My Mind Right LLC ensures that you are putting yourself first and creating healthy boundaries with others while you are achieving or maintaining your healing. Faith-based counseling to work with patients if it applies.

My patients love that I am down-to-earth, hold them accountable, and challenge them to see things from a different perspective. I assist my patients with managing their relationships (romantic and platonic), challenges with work, break-ups, beginning new journeys (school, motherhood, leaving home, engagement, etc.), and boundary setting.

If you’re ready to take the journey to a healthier mind, contact me by email! I look forward to working with you!
