Feeling unfulfilled with certain aspects of your life? We’re often not aware of why we have these intense feelings or how to manage them. Overwhelming life experiences can contribute to negative beliefs about yourself. These experiences influence the way you perceive the world and impact those important to you. Together, we can alleviate the burden of such intense feelings.
My approach to therapy is one of mutual collaboration and fostering a therapeutic alliance that facilitates change. You will be able to express yourself within our supportive, nonjudgmental therapeutic space.
I graduated with a Master of Social Work from Columbia University, and have post-graduate training with infants, children, and adolescents. I engage young children in play therapy, in close partnership with their caregivers. I also work with adults in my practice.
We will embark on a journey together to fully understand your emotions and the purpose they serve. A better understanding of your inner experiences can help reduce the intensity of these strong emotions and provide a sense of relief.
