I use a mindfulness based approach to help my clients connect with themselves and establish healthy connections with their loved ones. I am trained in DBT, attachment theory and TF-CBT. I also incorporate aspects of ACT and somatic experiencing into my approach.
I believe my clients have an intuitive knowing that their needs are not being met and something is missing from their life but they are not sure how to communicate that to their loved ones. While working together, we will work on establishing healthy boundaries, self-care, identifying and normalizing emotions and reconnecting with your true self.
