Do you frequently struggle to find motivation in day-to-day work, leaving you with the unsettling feeling of being "stuck"? I work with men and women who are dissatisfied or stressed to discover their internal dialogue and what is blocking them from living healthy, balanced lives. Together, we will unearth the anxiety and frightening thoughts that occupy too much space in your mind.
We will cultivate a safe, nonjudgmental therapy relationship in which we will be able to have a safe discussion to better understand your needs and work toward your goals. Sometimes therapy is stressful and emotional but it is an experience that can be tailored to your therapeutic needs. My goal is for you to develop the self-awareness you need to thrive.
My approach focuses on your strengths, internal self-tone, and behavioral habits. I work on the past, present, and future, as well as how to cultivate awareness so that you can live completely in the here and now. As you become reacquainted with yourself in this new season of healing and growth, I hope to instill self-confidence, self-acceptance, and a sense of wonder.
