OOOHH WEEEE…. Life is something else! Navigating life is not easy at times. There are times we come to a crossroad and have to decide which road to take. The problem is choosing the right road and dealing with making a wrong turn. I will work with you on ways to navigate your life and how to bounce back from a bump in the road. I realize that no two people are the same, so I tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. I don't believe in a one size fits all method. Everyone has a unique life and needs a therapist that is authentic and willing to help explore the best therapeutic methods. As a woman of color, our voices tend to not be heard and overlooked. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
