As a military spouse, I have experienced tough situations and coached others through difficult life transitions.
Trainings I’ve received are in: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
