Providing collaborative efforts to help assist individuals who may be navigating through challenging times and are in need of support. In life there are moments of uncertainty and unpredictability that may yield the need for specific guidance that is unique to the individual or family. I am able to offer warm concern that is focused on achieving personal change and growth goals. My ultimate purpose is to connect, understand, and grow therapeutic relationships that are tailored to the needs and desires of the client as a tool to encourage, motivate, and empower the building of self-growth and effective development.
With a Master’s Degree in Couples & Family Counseling, I offer supportive services to older adolescents, adult individuals, couple needs, and family units. I welcome the opportunity to assist clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, transitional concerns, adjustment challenges, marital discord, infidelity, divorce, coparenting uncertainties, blended family factors, low self-esteem, career aspects, trauma affects, addiction, chronic health complications, or other mental health challenges. I have a special interest in working with helping or service professionals and their families such as military, first responders, medical personnel, clergy/pastoral staff or ministry leadership, politicians, legal professionals, educators, professional counselors, and caretakers. This special interest extends to anyone that provides service to others, that may be exposed to secondary/vicarious trauma, or that may experience transient moves. My degree specialization in Military Family & Culture affords me the benefit of being able to assist in the unique structure of families in military service, coupled with my personal experience as a military spouse and wife of a first responder.
