Description

You’re tired of being the strong one.
Tired of holding it all together.
Tired of overthinking every decision.
Tired of succeeding on paper but still feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or not enough.

As a Black woman, you’ve learned how to survive—how to push through, perform, and carry what others don’t see. But survival isn’t the same as feeling at peace.

I work with high-achieving Black women who are ready to stop coping and start healing.

In our work, we go deeper. We unpack anxiety, burnout, racial and intergenerational trauma, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. Using IFS, Brainspotting, and somatic practices, we help your system slow down, feel safe, and finally exhale.

This is a space where you don’t have to explain your experience.
A space where you can be held, challenged, and transformed.
You don’t have to earn your rest.
You don’t have to prove your worth.
You just have to begin.
