Hello, my name is Fanegie Badette, LMHC, owner of Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. I am currently offering virtual counseling to those in NY. My personal style is to provide compassion, empathy, and support to help my clients gain insight on their lives. I work with those who have difficulty with depression, anxiety, communication, goal setting, self esteem, and body image issues. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults in many different settings.
My therapeutic approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, and Faith Based Counseling.
I offer a safe and non-judgmental space that will allow you to unfold and grow in your own time. I strongly believe that everyone already has the solution to their problems within themselves, and simply need guidance to make the positive changes desired.
