Black women are bearing the load of many stressors and do it out of necessity and routine. Taking a break, exploring who you are and taking control of your mental feels strange and uncomfortable. its time to normalize and embrace our mental health and growth.
I am anAfrican American woman who understands the stressors, pressure, trauma and pain we face. It is hard to reach out and decide to ask for help or asking for a safe space to be vulnerable and talk. That's where I come in. Therapy is the space we take to explore your needs, determine specific tangible interventions and strategies to help guide you through the process. The emphasis is on you, your needs and ways to cope and come thru better. You are not alone. Join me on the couch.
