Description

Beginning therapy can be the result of many life stressors. As a second-generation Dominican American; I understand the stigma that exists around mental health and the shame that can often accompany reaching out for support. Because of this, I’m passionate about providing a culturally sensitive, safe space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities for both individuals and couples. I have guided my clients through navigating many different life transitions; helping reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, healing from trauma and giving them tools to feel empowered to handle all of life’s challenges. Through our therapeutic journey together, you will be able to better manage your emotions, work through problematic patterns of thoughts, grow your communication/conflict resolution skills and build a strong foundation of self care and self confidence.
