I serve individuals and groups. I have foundational training and experience with many therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDR. I give clients skills to manage/reduce symptoms of depression/anxiety. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and enjoy collaborating with clients who struggle with depression, emotional regulation, fear of abandonment, grief related to life transitions, stress management, perfectionism, low self-esteem, parenting stress, and difficulties in personal relationships. $45 per person per groups- In person- we wear mask the entire time- group space is limited due to COVID.
CBT Skills group- Objective: Group will be able to identify skills to practice reframing negative thoughts, identify negative thinking patterns (distorted thinking), identify behaviors that reinforce depression/ anxiety, we will work to build insight into emotions and how we are affected.
Essence of Me! (Perfectionism group)- Objective: to help clients understand the cost of perfectionism. To build psycho education
around how to challenge distortions present with perfectionism. Unhealthy beliefs, Identify unhealthy reinforcing behaviors, emotions and the unhealthy ways we try to control.
