Clients I work with are generally experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout related to their career, graduate school, sport, relationships or life transitions. I also work with clients that have body image issues and disordered eating (yo yo dieting). Helping clients cultivate a healthy relationship with their mind, body, and food.
