Erin is a resident in counseling who prides herself in meeting clients where they are. She understands that for many, whether it is your first time or tenth time, seeking therapy is a huge step. As a result, her therapeutic approach is one that aims to provide a safe space to explore the past and present events in life in order to help prepare for the best possible future.
With over 5 years' experience in the mental health field, Erin finds passion working with children, adolescents, and adults. Erin is a firm believer of seeing her client's holistically and addressing how the mind, body, and soul are interconnected. She uses person centered, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and meditation, and strength-based approaches in her sessions.
