“Girl, you got it all together!” That’s what they say. But inside you’re falling apart because you feel so stuck and unhappy. You no longer connect with the person that others see on the outside, because you’re paralyzed on the inside. So instead you go through your days wearing a mask, feeling like a failure, stressed & overwhelmed, and/or battling feelings of "not enough-ness." You find yourself asking, “When is life REALLY going to begin for me?”
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, with 25+ years of experience in the mental health field, I empower Millennial Women and Gen-Xers who are struggling with anxiety, and/or trauma. These women are motivated but unsure as to how to cope.
My approach is warm, interactive, and collaborative. It encompasses a variety of techniques inclusive of, but not limited to, Brainspotting, CBT, and DBT.
It all begins when you decide to take the first step in honoring your mental health!
I am offering virtual services at this time in NJ, DE, FL, & SC. I accept Private Pay (including Out of Network), Lyra Health, Modern Health, Aetna, and BCBS of MA. I also accept Loveland Vouchers (*inquire about application).
